At Glitter Consulting we help small-to-medium-sized business grow faster by streamlining everything that is not your core offering. Every repetitive, human-driven, duplicated, tiresome task in your business can be done by a hybrid of AI, smart software and a little clever process engineering.

The core tenants of our offering are the identification and implementation of AI based platforms, automation software, bespoke custom apps, the movement of low-level tasks and roles offshore, the use of flexible workforces (such as freelancers and consultants) and the establishment of ongoing systems of people and platforms that deliver repetitive work.

The objective is to lower your cost of delivery, reduce friction, speed up or increase the amount of time you have to deliver your core services, increase your profit and grow revenue.

Our Approach

We believe in fast, efficiently delivered services without huge discovery or ‘naval gazing’ strategy fees. We are able to do large long term integrations, but we prefer the ‘baby steps’ approach of incremental change, moving from one process to the next to speed up your business from the ground up.

sally mcpherson

Sally runs Glitter Consulting, is a non-executive director for a number of organisations, founded Australia’s largest construction marketplace, iseekplant, and a content platform called The Funding Guide (which helps technology start-ups acquire funding).

Sally has spent 25 years in marketing, first in agencies, then in major technology companies like Samsung Electronics and Microsoft. She struck out on her own and founded iseekplant with her brother and some friends in 2012. She was the CEO of iseekplant and Constructiv Technologies Group between 2015 and 2024. The group of companies has a marketplace, digital marketing agency called Constructiv Digital and finance company. She stood down from her operational role in 2024 after the company reached profitability and handed the reigns over to her brother, in search of more family time and balance.

Even in her most senior roles, Sally maintained a very hands on approach to digital marketing, growth strategy and digital transformation activities. She was an early adopter of AI, implementing it at iseekplant across every process imaginable. These implementations revolutionised the cost base of their business.

After leaving iseekplant in an operational capacity, the phone rang often with customers wanting Sally to automate and market their businesses. Glitter Consulting was born and serves small to medium sized businesses implementing leading edge technology to help founders grow and scale.
